In this video, Dr. Jeffrey Aalberg of Maine Medical Center shares how important it is for physicians to have all relevant medical information when seeing patients. He also describes how a Quality Grant from Harvard Pilgrim helped him improve that process.

Over the past eleven years, Harvard Pilgrim has funded more than 155  local care unit based quality initiatives, totaling more than $12 million. The primary purpose of Harvard Pilgrim’s Quality Grants program is to improve the health of our members by optimizing our provider network’s capabilities to deliver quality, safe and efficient care.
